Dress Code: In winter, wear warm, long-sleeve clothing. In summer, choose light clothes and use sunscreen. Always bring eye protection to guard against sun and dust.

Guidance for Pregnant Women: Pregnant women are welcome to join, but those with advanced pregnancy or complications should consult their doctors first. Please inform our hospitality desk and driver of your condition for tailored advice.

Payment Options: You can pay online, by credit/debit card, or cash. Alternatively, book your seat and arrange for our drivers to collect payment during pick-up. For convenience, we recommend completing all payments before the safari starts.

Travel Light and Prepare: Carry only essentials: sunscreen, mobile/camera, and eyewear to protect against desert sun. We provide plenty of water on board, but new mothers should bring their own food and water. Be prepared for a great time!  Cancellation: Any part or entire of your the Dubai Desert safari tour can be canceled due to bad weather conditions, government policies or force majeure. However, clients will be offered a closest alternative date or a refund. In case the client chooses to cancel a pre-booked trip, our cancellation policy shall apply thenceforth.

Photography: Casual photography is permitted, but seeking permission before taking photographs (especially of strangers) is highly advised. However, the photography of Arab ladies is not allowed. In addition, photography of government buildings and military installations is strictly prohibited
