4.2 We act solely as an intermediary between you and the merchant. We are not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, or delivery of Deals unless explicitly stated.
5.1 Purchasing Deals: When you purchase a Deal, you will receive a voucher ("Voucher") via email or your account dashboard. Vouchers are subject to these Terms and the Merchant Terms.
5.2 Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made through the payment methods provided on the Platform. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5.3 Redemption: Vouchers must be redeemed directly with the merchant according to the Merchant Terms (e.g., expiration dates, booking requirements). We are not responsible for unredeemed or expired Vouchers unless caused by our error.
5.4 Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted in the Merchant Terms.
6.1 Refund Policy:

9.1 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties.
9.2 Deals are provided by independent merchants. Any disputes regarding the quality, delivery, or fulfillment of a Deal should be resolved directly with the merchant.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leisure Time Out and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or Deals.
Any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).
10.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid for the Deal in question.
11.1 The Platform and Deals are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
11.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of Deals or merchant services.
12.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Leisure Time Out, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
13.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease, but any obligations (e.g., payment for purchased Deals) will remain in effect.
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Dubai.
14.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unsuccessful, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Dubai.
15.1 We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government regulations.
